This appetizer is a great dish for sharing and it only takes less then 5 minutes to prepare (not counting the baking time)! :)
Ingredients:
2 feta cheese blocks
3 large tomatoes (dices large), or 14 pearl tomatoes (cut in 4), you could also use cherry tomatoes.
8 garlic cloves (chopped small)
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tsp dry thyme
1 Lemon zest
1.5 lemons juiced
2 Tbsp fresh dill or parsley (chopped)
2 Fresh rosemary sprigs (chopped)

Directions:
*Preheat oven to 375 *F
In an oven safe small dish, place the feta cheese blocks in the middle.
Lay the diced tomatoes around the cheese blocks.
Sprinkle the chopped garlic all over.
Add the res of the ingredients.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy with some toasted french baguette or crispy pita bread chips to dip in.
***To toast some baguette, cut in small round pieces and place flat on parchment paper on a baking pan. Drizzle some olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder on top of the bread. 5 minutes before the feta cheese dish is finished, put the bread in the oven and bake for 5 minutes. ***
