Baked fish is such a quick, easy, and a healthy dish! Try this recipe and see for yourself :)
Ingredients:
2 lbs of whole striped bass (head and tail cut off and cleaned out from the inside)
3 Lemons (2 lemons cut in round, thin circles and 1 lemon juice)
8 Spring of parsley (any type you prefer)
4 Rosemary sprigs
Cherry tomatoes (handful)
4 garlic cloves (slice each garlic into 3-4 parts)
2 Tbsp olive oil

Directions:
*Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Prepare an oven safe dish and cover with parchment paper.
Put the cleaned fish into the dish.
S+P the inside of the fish.
Place lemon slices, 2 garlic cloves, 2 rosemary sprigs, and 4 parsley sprigs inside each fish.
Drizzle all the olive oil over the fish (2 Tbsp).
Juice one lemon on top of the fish.
S+P the top of the fish.
Place the leftover lemon slices in the baking dish.
Add the cherry tomatoes.
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes, depending on the size (the fish should have a white color to it when it is finished, keep on eye on it so you don't overcook it).
