Healthy and tasty cookies?? Why yes!
Ingredients:
4 ripe bananas
2 cups of almond flour
1 cup old fashioned oat
1/4 Tsp. vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1/3 cup almond butter
1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
1/4 Tsp. baking soda
*Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.*
Prepare a baking pan with parchment paper
Directions:
Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl
Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and mix with a silicone spatula to combine together.
Using a large ice cream scooper, scoop out 10-12 scoops and leave space in between each cookie.
Bake for 15 min.
Let cool for 5-10 min.
