Gluten-Free Banana Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Healthy and tasty cookies?? Why yes!




Ingredients:


  • 4 ripe bananas

  • 2 cups of almond flour

  • 1 cup old fashioned oat

  • 1/4 Tsp. vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1/3 cup almond butter

  • 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup

  • 1/4 Tsp. baking soda


*Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.*

Prepare a baking pan with parchment paper


Directions:


  • Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl

  • Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and mix with a silicone spatula to combine together.

  • Using a large ice cream scooper, scoop out 10-12 scoops and leave space in between each cookie.

  • Bake for 15 min.

  • Let cool for 5-10 min.
