This sauce is so delicious yet so easy to make and it goes well with any pasta that you choose! I combined this lemon garlic sauce with the homemade gnocchi that I made (search homemade gnocchi and the recipe will come up).
Ingredients:
3 Tbsp. salted butter
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Lemon zest
1 juiced lemon
1/2 cup coconut creamer
5 garlic cloves (chopped small)
4 Fresh rosemary sprigs
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/3 cup pasta water (the water that the pasta was cooked in)

Directions:
Heat 2 Tbsp. of olive oil.
Add all the salted butter and let the butter melt.
Add the rest of the ingredients except for the pasta water. Let simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes covered.
Turn off the heat.
Add your pasta and some of the pasta water while combining together. Keep adding the pasta water until you get the consistency you prefer.
