Lemon Garlic Pasta Sauce

This sauce is so delicious yet so easy to make and it goes well with any pasta that you choose! I combined this lemon garlic sauce with the homemade gnocchi that I made (search homemade gnocchi and the recipe will come up).





Ingredients:


  • 3 Tbsp. salted butter

  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil

  • 2 Lemon zest

  • 1 juiced lemon

  • 1/2 cup coconut creamer

  • 5 garlic cloves (chopped small)

  • 4 Fresh rosemary sprigs

  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1/3 cup pasta water (the water that the pasta was cooked in)

  • S+P


Directions:


  • Heat 2 Tbsp. of olive oil.

  • Add all the salted butter and let the butter melt.

  • Add the rest of the ingredients except for the pasta water. Let simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes covered.

  • Turn off the heat.

  • Add your pasta and some of the pasta water while combining together. Keep adding the pasta water until you get the consistency you prefer.
