Overnight Oatmeal w/ Fresh Fruit

Overnight oats are so easy to make and they're great in the fridge for 2-3 days! You can have breakfast ready for you and your family without even thinking about it :)




Ingredients:


1/3 cup old fashioned oats

1/2 cups of any milk (regular milk, coconut milk, oat milk, almond milk, etc)

1 tsp maple syrup


Directions:


Put all the ingredients in a small mason jar.

Mix and refrigerate overnight.


When serving pour into a bowl and add any toppings that you choose such as: fresh fruit, nuts, chia seeds, more maple syrup, nut butters, etc...
